Precia has been a practicing licensed independent social worker for 43 years. She recently retired from the Hancock County Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services after 36 years of service. She was the longest serving Board Director in the state of Ohio. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from The Ohio State University. Precia has been acknowledged at the state and national levels for her leadership and advocacy work in mental health.
