A Marion Police Officer was presented with a challenge coin by the Marion Board of Developmental Disabilities on Thursday.
Officer Dylan Kelley received the recognition for his work on a case he recently handled.
Officer Kelley took a Misuse of a Credit Card/Receiving Stolen Property complaint where the victim was a client of the Board of DD.
Through his investigation, Officer Kelley developed a suspect, who has since been indicted and arrested on felony charges from this case.
The challenge coin was presented by Sam Grisham, Investigative Agent for the Marion Board of Developmental Disabilities, to thank Officer Kelley for his diligent and relentless work which resulted in an arrest.
