Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board, We Thrive Together to hold interactive tech expo on Thursday
The Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, in partnership with the Summit County DD Board and We Thrive Together, will hold an Interactive Tech Expo on Thursday at Summit Mall, 3265 Market St, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The expo is designed to showcase the newest technologies available to empower, inspire and support inclusion and independence for people with disabilities and limited mobility, including seniors and veterans. The expo features more than 40 exhibitors showcasing products and services designed to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. Highlights include live demonstrations of state-of-the-art assistive devices.
Among the many booths and exhibits, attendees are able to see and experience groundbreaking technologies, including adaptive devices for daily living, communication aids, and mobility solutions. Attendees have the opportunity to test products hands-on and to engage and ask questions directly with assistive technology companies and specialists.
